The Placement Cell at CAS Mavelikara aims to equip students with the necessary skills and opportunities to secure employment in their respective fields. It organizes various activities such as career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, and placement drives to facilitate student placements. The cell also collaborates with industries to bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world.Every year training program for students of a companies in own trianing program for aptitude test and training program offered employability center of employment exchane are given.

interview training,programs and mock interviews are conducted for student every year.carrier guidance programms  also conducted.
